Who we are
Peggah (trade name), KVK 42066435, based in Wateringen, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing the personal data described here. You can reach us at peggah.dad90@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. During coaching we may keep brief session notes. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising tools on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, plan sessions and provide the services you ask for. The legal basis is your consent and, once you become a client, the performance of our agreement.
Who we share it with
Messages from the contact form are delivered by email through our email provider (Resend). The website is hosted by Vercel. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t lead to coaching are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as required by Dutch law (for invoices, 7 years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing us. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
